To resolve that since there are 16,543 eating and drinking locations in the state that "employ more than 447,000 individuals and generate $17.9 billion" in annual revenue, and because restaurants suffered greatly in 2020, the House declares January 16, 2021 as "Restaurant Dine-In Day" in the state of Michigan, in honor of "our great Michigan restaurants and hospitality industry".
