Suspend school accountability measures and more in 2021

To suspend in the 2020-2021 school year a law that requires public schools to administer Michigan merit reading and math examinations to all students in either 11th or 12th grade. The bill would also require districts to offer the test to all students in grade 11, and 12th graders who did not take it in grade 11 if requested.
