Suspend school accountability measures and more in 2021

To suspend in the 2020-2021 school year a law that requires public schools to administer Michigan merit reading and math examinations to all students in either 11th or 12th grade, but require districts to offer a year-end assessment tests to a student if requested. The bill would also require state education officials and experts to devise new tests to replace the current ones.
