Introduced in the Senate

Nov. 30, 2021

Introduced by Sen. Mallory McMorrow (D-13)

To establish in statute that “individuals” have a fundamental right to carry the pregnancy to term, to give birth to a child, or to have an abortion before fetal viability, or at any time if necessary to protect the life or health of the pregnant individual.
