To remove certain restrictions and requirements imposed on home-based “cottage food” operation, which are required to register with the state and are limited to no more than $25,000 annually in direct in-person sales only, no internet, mail order, or sales to food service establishments. The bill would eliminate this sales cap and restrictions.
