To authorize citizens of the state to petition circuit courts to order a school district to provide the curriculum information that <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2022-HB-5722">House Bill 5722</a> would require be made available, if that bill becomes law. This bill would empower the court to issue an injunction or writ of mandamus (court order) to make the school district provide the information.
