To extend the statute of limitations on filing a civil lawsuit related to criminal sexual conduct offenses to 10 years after the time the claim ”accrues,” or when the individual reaches the age of 48, or seven years after the date the individual discovers the actionable injury and its relationship to the criminal sexual conduct. Also, to permit a lawsuit at any time if a criminal conviction is obtained for the criminal sexual conduct.
