To make exceptions to a law that prohibits high school students enrolled in a career and technical preparation program from participating in interscholastic athletic competitions. Under the bill, this would not apply if the student is enrolled in an “early middle college program” (otherwise known as a five-year high school program) and is academically eligible to be on sports teams.
