To revise the authority of the state agriculture department to issue orders to destroy trees, shrubs, vines, plants, fruits, etc., and take other steps, to contain the threat from plants or produce that are infested with dangerous insects or infectious diseases. The bill would require that within 24 hours of filing such a petition and order the legislature be given a detailed description of the contents.
