Earmark iron mine tax revenue to iron mining research and subsidies

To earmark a portion of the annual revenue from a tax imposed on low grade iron ore extraction to state colleges and universities” so as to “encourage” and :facilitate” reopening closed mines, expanding existing ones, or developing new mine locations. The companies that benefit from the government grants would have to put up an equal amount of their own money.
