Mandate warning labels on “disposable wipes”

To impose a “do not flush” warning label mandate on the makers of “disposable wipes,” defined as “a nonflushable, nonwoven disposable wipe that is premoistened and constructed from nonwoven sheets and designed and marketed for diapering, personal hygiene, or household hard-surface cleaning purposes”.
