To revise the language and provisions of a law that “a minister of the gospel must be allowed to not disclose and must not be allowed to disclose any confessions made to him in his professional character” to instead apply to “cleric,” and establish that this does not apply “to a confession of past physical violence against a third person, or the threat of physical violence…if the individual making the threat has the apparent intent and ability” to carry it out.
