To repeal various provisions of the 2014 legislative package that authorized a $194 million state bailout of the bankrupt city of Detroit at that time. This bill would repeal the duty given to the city’s public employee retirement system to establish an oversight committee to monitor a detailed list of management activities performed by the city’s pension system managers.
