To add a duty to report child abuse committed by another <i>child</i> to the duty imposed on a specified class of “<a href="https://www.michigan.gov/mdhhs/adult-child-serv/abuse-neglect/adult-ps/mandated-reporters">mandated reporters</a>,” who are individuals in specified professions subject to a statutory mandate to report child abuse if they witness it.
