Corrections: other; reference to crime of administering drugs to procure miscarriage; remove to reflect repeal.

A bill to amend 1953 PA 232, entitled “Corrections code of 1953,” by amending section 33b (MCL 791.233b), as amended by 2019 PA 16.

This legislative package repeals criminal penalties associated with the administration of drugs with the intent to procure a miscarriage.
