House Fiscal Agency Analysis

House Bill 4076 would amend the Michigan Election Law to require only candidates who are running for nomination or election to a partisan office to state their political party or indicate no party affiliation when filing a nominating petition, qualifying petition, filing fee, or affidavit of candidacy.
