An act to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled “An act to consolidate prior acts naming certain Michigan highways; to provide for the naming of certain highways; to prescribe certain duties of the state transportation department; and to repeal acts and parts of acts and certain resolutions,” by amending section 103 (MCL 250.1103), as added by 2021 PA 76.
Renames two sections of highways in Michigan in honor of individuals. The portion of highway US-127 in Clinton County from Wildcat Road to Livingston Road will be named the “PFC Ronald James Fitch Memorial Highway.”
