A bill to amend 1936 (Ex Sess) PA 1, entitled “Michigan employment security act,” (MCL 421.1 to 421.75) by adding section 32e.
Mandates the unemployment agency to provide an administrative law judge with all relevant documents in its possession during a hearing. These documents include all correspondence between the agency and involved parties, the original and any amended applications for benefits by the claimant, and all identity verification information submitted by the claimant.
