The bill requires an on-site inspection within 7 business days of receiving a complaint and mandates local authorities' notification. It establishes a memorandum of understanding with the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy for environmental complaints. Farms following generally accepted agricultural practices will be cleared, while others must adjust or submit an implementation plan, with follow-up inspections to ensure compliance.
