A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled “Natural resources and environmental protection act,” (MCL 324.101 to 324.90106) by adding section 501b.
Creates an Upper Peninsula Natural Resources Commission to perform similar functions as the current Michigan NRC for fish and wildlife management that would apply solely for the counties constituting the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
