Campaign finance: contributions and expenditures; provision related to contributions made under the Gaming Control and Revenue Act; repeal.

A bill to amend 1976 PA 388, entitled “Michigan campaign finance act,” by repealing section 30 (MCL 169.230).

Repeals a section of Michigan Campaign Finance Law that is outdated after the passage of Proposal 3 of 2018.
