A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled “The code of criminal procedure,” by amending section 11d of chapter XVII (MCL 777.11d), as amended by 2018 PA 661.

House Bill 4700 would amend the Michigan Election Law to reflect a change made to the state constitution that granted Michigan voters the right to be placed on a permanent absent voter (AV) list. House Bill 4701 is a companion bill that would make a complementary change to the Code of Criminal Procedure.
