The bill introduces the Michigan Fast Track Program, designed to expedite economic assistance for businesses in key sectors such as manufacturing, digital media, and research, committing to creating a specified number of jobs. If there are still needs for training after the dozens or so other entities, institutions and programs aren’t working, then the state should probably address why those activities aren’t working rather than pile one more thing on top of that.
