A bill to amend 1986 PA 268, entitled “Legislative council act,” by amending section 109 (MCL 4.1109) and by adding section 204h.
Prohibits legislative service bureau employees from advocating for or against legislation but are required to assist legislators by providing advice and comprehensive information related to their public duties.
