A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled “The management and budget act,” by amending section 462 (MCL 18.1462), as amended by 2018 PA 389.
The bill mandates that upon completing an audit, the principal executive officer of the audited state agency must submit a compliance plan addressing the audit's recommendations to the state budget office.
