A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled “Michigan election law,” (MCL 168.1 to 168.992) by adding section 685a.
This bill allows a state political party, already qualified to have its candidates' names printed in a separate party column on election ballots and affiliated with a national political party, to change its name to match that of the national party.
