A bill to amend 2016 PA 407, entitled “Skilled trades regulation act,” (MCL 339.5101 to 339.6133) by adding section 710.
Allows the Licensing and Regulation Agencies to issue a license without an examination to individuals who already hold a valid equivalent license from another state, provided that the licensure requirements of the other state are substantially equivalent to those of Michigan and that the other state offers reciprocal privileges to Michigan-licensed individuals.
