A bill to make, supplement, and adjust appropriations for various state departments and agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; to provide for certain conditions on appropriations; and to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations.
The bill proposes a total gross appropriation of $2,490,000 from the state general fund/general purpose, with no allocations from federal revenues, local revenues, private revenues, or other state restricted revenues. Specifically, the Department of Treasury is allocated the entire gross appropriation for ongoing prosecutorial expenses.
