A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled “The Michigan penal code,” by amending sections 520c, 520d, 520e, and 520g (MCL 750.520c, 750.520d, 750.520e, and 750.520g), sections 520c, 520d, and 520e as amended by 2012 PA 372.
House Bill 5075 would amend the Michigan Penal Code to authorize a court to order a term of imprisonment imposed for any of the following offenses to be served consecutively to a term of imprisonment imposed for any other criminal offense arising from the same transaction: • A violation of section 520c, criminal sexual conduct in the second degree. • A violation of section 520d, criminal sexual conduct in the third degree. • A violation of section 520e, criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree. • A violation of section 520g, assault with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct involving sexual penetration or criminal sexual conduct in the second degree.
