2023 House Bill 5206

Fireworks: licensing; moratorium on transferring the location of a consumer fireworks certificate during June and July of each year; remove.

A bill to amend 2011 PA 256, entitled “Michigan fireworks safety act,” by amending section 4 (MCL 28.454), as amended by 2018 PA 634.

Removes the ban on transferring a fireworks retail location between June 1 and July 31.
