Gaming: lottery; games offered by the bureau of state lottery; exempt from certain provisions of the penal code.

A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled “The Michigan penal code,” (MCL 750.1 to 750.568) by adding section 310f.

Broadens the definition of what may be considered a slot machine under the Michigan Gaming Code.
