2023 House Bill 5264

Individual income tax: credit; child tax credit; provide for.

A bill to amend 1967 PA 281, entitled “Income tax act of 1967,” (MCL 206.1 to 206.847) by adding section 275.

Allows Michigan taxpayers to claim a child tax credit against their state income tax equal to 50% of the federal child tax credit.
