A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code,” (MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 17757c.
Prohibits manufacturers from engaging in practices that deny, discriminate against, or limit the dispensing, purchase, ordering, delivery, or receipt of drugs by 340B entities, including those involved in contract pharmacy arrangements. It also seeks to prevent manufacturers from restricting pharmacies' ability to contract with or participate in the 340B program based on their relationship with a 340B entity.
