A bill to repeal 2015 PA 105, entitled “Local government labor regulatory limitation act,” (MCL 123.1381 to 123.1396).
Repeals fair and open competition in governmental construction act, 2011 PA 98. Allows project labor agreements in public projects. Can be required as a bid specification. Allows discrimination in public projects based on whether a contractor refuses to sign a project labor agreement.
