A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled “The Michigan penal code,” (MCL 750.1 to 750.568) by adding section 145h.
Makes it illegal to harass, abuse, threaten, compel, force, coerce, or exploit the vulnerability of a vulnerable adult in a way that causes them to provide sexually explicit visual material. Violation of this provision is classified as a misdemeanor, punishable by up to 93 days in prison, a fine of up to $500, or both.
