A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” (MCL 436.1101 to 436.2303) by adding section 910.
The bill states that when issuing, denying, suspending, or revoking a license under the act, the Michigan Liquor Control Commission shall not consider a qualified violation if more than five years have passed since the incident leading to the violation.
