An act to amend 2012 PA 615, entitled “An act to provide energy assistance for low-income households; and to prescribe certain powers and duties of certain state departments and agencies,” by repealing section 6 (MCL 400.1236), as amended by 2019 PA 87.
Senate Bill 288 would amend the Michigan Energy Assistance Act to repeal a section that now provides that the act will no longer apply after September 30, 2023.
