State management: purchasing; requirement for state contract preference to be awarded to Michigan-based companies; modify.

A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled “The management and budget act,” by amending section 261 (MCL 18.1261), as amended by 2020 PA 174.

Allow Michigan bidders to resubmit bids if they weren’t selected for a state contract.
