A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” (MCL 436.1101 to 436.2303) by adding section 1016.
Allows licensees to donate a portion of their profits to non-licensee organizations that are exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, provided these profits are recorded on the licensee's financial records prior to the donation.
