Human services: medical services; abortion as service provided with public funds to welfare recipient; revise.

A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled “The social welfare act,” by repealing sections 109a, 109d, and 109e (MCL 400.109a, 400.109d, and 400.109e).

This bill repeals three sections of the Public Welfare Act that prevent Medicaid from reimbursing or paying for abortions.
