A bill to amend 1979 PA 94, entitled “The state school aid act of 1979,” (MCL 388.1601 to 388.1896) by adding sections 227b and 275e.
Requires community colleges and universities in Michigan that receive state appropriations to consider students who are registered to vote in Michigan and have previously voted in a state election as in-district or in-state residents, respectively, for the purpose of determining their tuition rates and fees.
