A bill to amend 1984 PA 270, entitled “Michigan strategic fund act,” (MCL 125.2001 to 125.2094) by adding section 15.
Mandates that, starting October 1, 2024, businesses listed on the registry of the Call Center Jobs Retention Act are ineligible to receive any form of financial assistance from the fund, including loans, grants, or other project-related support.
