A bill to prohibit the enforcement of certain federal laws in this state; and to provide for damages and remedies.
Prohibits the enforcement of certain federal laws, rules, regulations, executive orders, and administrative orders in Michigan. Specifically, it targets federal actions that impose special taxes on firearms and ammunition, require registration or tracking of firearms and their owners, prohibit the possession or transfer of firearms and ammunition, or order the confiscation of these items.
