A bill to amend 1933 PA 167, entitled “General sales tax act,” by amending section 4ll (MCL 205.54ll), as added by 2023 PA 15.
The bill extends the tax exemption on firearm safety devices until December 31, 2025, and requires sellers to notify purchasers of this exemption.
