A bill to amend 2014 PA 448, entitled “Continuing care community disclosure act,” by amending section 17 (MCL 554.917).
The bill amends the Continuing Care Community Disclosure Act to provide exemptions and variances for continuing care communities from certain public health and foster care facility rules, clarifies temporary care provisions, and specifies that landlord-tenant laws do not apply to these communities.
