A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled “Natural resources and environmental protection act,” by amending section 43515 (MCL 324.43515), as amended by 2014 PA 77.
The bill allows developmentally disabled individuals and residents of licensed homes for the aged to fish without a license when accompanied by licensed adults, contingent on the passage of related legislation.
