A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code,” (MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 2620.
The bill requires the creation of a registry for student deaths on school property, mandates reporting and record-keeping by the Department of Health, and sets a deadline for public reporting starting August 1, 2025.
