A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled “The code of criminal procedure,” by amending section 11c of chapter XVII (MCL 777.11c), as amended by 2011 PA 208.

HB 5658 makes violations of the Hazardous Products Act a Class G felony, with a maximum of two years prison time. It also removes "Wayne County treasurer paying claims without appropriate signature" from the felonies list.
