House Bill No. 5741 aims to modify the Revised School Code to enhance health education standards for students in grades 7 to 12. Specifically, it requires that pupils able to participate must participate in a hands-on psychomotor training (Stop the Bleed or similar) as prescribed by the organizations currently defined in statute.
