A bill to repeal 2016 PA 281, entitled “Medical marihuana facilities licensing act,” (MCL 333.27101 to 333.27801).

HB 5885 would repeal the Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act of 2016. It is tie-barred to the adoption of HB 5884, which amends and consolidates the regulatory framework for both medical and recreational marijuana into the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act of 2018.
